Roscoe ISD is home to approximately 316 students in PreK-12. Our combined campus is located in Nolan County 50 miles west of Abilene, Texas.

Roscoe ISD believes that all students will learn and be successful, regardless of their previous life experiences. Highland ISD
Highland Independent School District is a UIL Class A district with approximately 205 students enrolled. Highland School is located 12 miles southwest of Sweetwater, Texas.
Highland ISD Rated Title I Distinguished Performance Campus
The Texas Education Agency has rated HISD as a Title I Distinguished Performance Campus for 2008-09.
Highland ISD Rated Exemplary by TEA
Highland ISD received an Exemplary rating from the Texas Education Agency for 2007-08. Exemplary is the highest rating on the state accountability rating system.
"America's Best High Schools"
Highland High School was chosen as one of "America's Best High Schools" by U.S. News & World Report magazine. The "America's Best High Schools" list recognizes three categories of distinction: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Highland High School received Bronze Medal recognition.
